Hi
You can use this solution: http://www.petri.co.il/disable_usb_disks_with_gpo.htm I have this solution implemented on server 2008 R2 and works fine for Windows 7 and XP clients.

Hi,
Any update about the issue?
Have you tried above suggestions?
If the issue still there, I would like suggest you run GPRESULT /Z to collect the result and then post here for further analysis.
In addition, please also check the event viewer and find our more related information.

Hi,
Run it on Windows XP that have that issue. Or we could also use Group Policy Result Wizard on DC to collect client group policy result.
