Hi,
I would like to create a remote assistance desktop shortcut on all of our windows 7 client pc using "msra.exe /email" and use GPO to deploy it. The remote assistance target Path on windows 7 is C:\Windows\System32. This will open a remote invitaion to our help desk using email.
Notes: I created a batch file @cmd.exe /c start "" C:\Windows\System32\msra.exe /email. My question is how can i use GPO to deploy this batch and put it on the users desktop?
I'm currently using windows server 2003 and windows 7 client pc.
Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
aja

NO THEY ARE NOT EVIL, if you know what you are doing: Good or bad GPOs?

Hi,
To add, you can follow this to configure a shortcut item using GPP:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753580.aspx
If you want to use logon script refer to:
