Monday, November 26, 2012 12:03 PMWhat account are you using to do this? Are you able to browse to the policies concerned, see the details of the policies within gpmc? Normally this has been related to permission errors when I have experienced the same issue?

Hi,
Can you try to access the path mentioned in the error, manually and see if you are able to access it. Also let us know if you are getting the error on all the PC's or some specific PC's.
Also run GPRESULT /Z and see if you get any error in that.

Hi,
Regarding the current issue, I suggest we’d better try to check the permissions on the ADM files, please make sure that Authenticated users had read and read & Execute permissions on the ADM files: C:\windows\System32\GroupPolicy\ADM
Also we should check the Event Viewer to make sure there is no error related to ADM templates.
Please run gpupdate /force command and check the event viewer.
In addition, here is a similar thread as reference, it may be useful to us.
The latest versions of the ADM files below are not available
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Andy Qi
