Group Policy Console not compatible with Vista?!?!?!

I have used gpmc on my vista machine in the past. I had to reimage it and now when attempting to download and install gpmc 1.0.2 because it is the only one I see available, to my vista (and windows 7) machine the "Program Compatibility Assitant" pops up telling me it can't install because it is not compatible. I do not see another version and I am pretty sure this is what I had before. Any help would be appreciated.

For Vista do not use old GPMC Download but RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tools). It includes the new GPMC.

Download and install RSAT:

RSAT 32bit:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=9FF6E897-23CE-4A36-B7FC-D52065DE9960&displaylang=en

RSAT 64bit:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=D647A60B-63FD-4AC5-9243-BD3C497D2BC5&displaylang=en

Then open Control Panel, Programs and features, Turn windows features on or off, check the tools you like under "Remote Server Administration Tools"
