Folder Redirection with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7

After trying to redirect folder on Server 2008 R2 with Windows 7 Client, and reading couple of fourms on technet I messed up all and end up no where, I refer following:
now a layman question, can any one point me to link where it has all step.

Monday, June 18, 2012 3:54 PMthe folder did got redirceted on the network share and on local client it shows the redirected folder as synced, but the issue now I have is unable to access the redirected folder using the network share name in windows explorer from admin side.

By default, only the owner of the redirected folder has permission to access the folder. It means that even administrator cannot access it. We might need to manually modify NTFS Permissions.
