    Hi,

    It means that there is a conflict with an add on. Probably problem with your Internet Explorer is also related to the add-on issue.
    In the Internet Explorer go to Tools > Manage Add-ons and there find the add-on which causes the problem. You can disable add-ons one by one to identify the problematic one.
