Not able to monitor Raid controller, Raid logical drivers, Raid logical drivers through IBM Director Console 5.20.

I have IBM Director server 5.20.3 and Server Raid Manager 9 installed. I am to monitor Raid through SRM but in the IBM Director Console Inventory query results for Raid controller, Raid logical drivers, Raid logical drivers is display "There is no inventory data available for this query at thihs time." message.
Please let me know if i miss any thing.
--OS: Win2k3 sp2 R2-32 bit
--X236 server

You may need to install the extensions.
