Migrating User profiles and settings from Terminal Services on Server 2008 x86 to 2008 R2 x64

Hi,
I currently have a server 2008 standard running as a terminal server with about 30 people accessing it. Due to general upgrades, a new 2008 r2 x64 server was purchased and it is supposed to take over the role as new terminal server.
I already have the new server set up and it's running fine, but now I want to migrate all the user profiles from the old server to the new one. I have been reading about folder redirection for the actual files, but I also need to carry over the settings made by the users (Start menu, preferably MS Office 2003 settings, etc.). I could not find a guide / instructions to carry over user settings from one server to another, but since an in-place upgrade supposedly does just that, I would think it to be possible, or?
Any pointers or general help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello,
USMT 4 is an option you can use:

Thanks for the pointers. I tried using the USMT 4, but it throws the error:
Server Operating systems are not supported.
Unsupported OS Version: 6.0.6002.Service Pack 2
Is there a way around that? The server I am trying to migrate from is a Windows 2008 standard 32 bit (with sp2).
Thanks!
