Hi,
Look at this link Trust Domain - Win2K8 and Win2K3 - Error "Domain not available", it's talking about the same problem.

Hi,
It's the same because the message error is related to the trust relationship between the domains, for this reason you should begin check your trust relationship configuration.

i need to clarify something here, i have 2 forests lets say forest A and forest B, and because i have the servers in both forests in the same subnets so i added one DC to asubnet that they can route between both of the 2 forests and moved the Exchange 2003 to it.
then created the trust using secondary zones the trust is working fine to this ADC but for the rest of DC's in the shared subnet they can't see the DNS as a secondary zone so the problem is coming from these servers.
how can i fix that.

Secondary zone does not replicate. You can see that Zone only on that server where you have configured that Zone.
1. You need to configure the secondary zone each server.
or
2. You need to configure the conditional forwarder on other servers. Where that secondary zone is not present.it is not ADI.
or
3. Go with Stub zone. That is ADI so you no need to worry for all DCs. Zone data will be replicated all the DCs in domain/forest.
(Default replication scope is Domainwide, if you need that zone forest wide then you have change the replication scope from domain to forest wide. See the snap for that.
