ADMT 3.2 Not migrating Custom Attributes

I have ADMT 3.2 configured for a cross-forest migration going from Server 2008 forest and domain functional level to Server 2008 R2 forest and domain function level. ADMT migrates the user accounts over just fine, including SID History and Passwords. The problem is that the client has two custom attributes they have created called "EmpID" and "ParkSpaceID". The values for the custom attributes are not migrating over to the new with the user account. The values are showing up as "Not Set" in the new domain, even though there are values entered in the "old" domain.
I found this KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937537 and ran the first part to see if anything was being excluded. I don't want anything excluded.
How can I get these values to come over?

Thanks Biswajit -- I'm getting hung up on the import. Line 3, as indicated below, is the custom attribute called 'parkspaceid'. I've tried to enclose the values with our without quotes, etc. Any ideas how I can get past this?
Thanks
