DHCP migration 2003 std to 2008 r2

Hey guys ,
I need comprehensive guide to migrate my DHCP ( winserv 2003 std) to winserv 2008 r2 , please help me to migrate my dhcp successfully ,

Take a look;
Basicly export, import and then authorize.

Thanks Anil i have already followed the second guide .In all this guide they have not mentioned to delete the old DHCP db before importing the new one .i did this and have successfully migrated my dhcp from 2003 to 2008 r2
can you please tell me what u mean to say authorize .

Just check your newly created HDHCP server snap-in. If there is red corner of the dhcp server object node, right click and authorize.
Unless you authorize a dhcp server in a domain environment, clients will not be able to reach and communicate with dhcp server.
