as per the IT team they have followings and done these thing
1. Current organization: 10 DCs, all are 2003 R2. 5 sites. Forest and Domain level is 2003.2. New organization: 6 DCs, all are 2008 R2, 3 sites, Forest and Domain level is 2008.
we want to migrate Users, Groups (with membership), Password, Computers and Users Profile.
Kindly suggest the best method for migration.

You can add an user in a trusted domain security group if that group is domain local. There is a similarity between local group & domain local group.

Thanks for the documentation.
as we are in implemantation phase for new organization and started praparing the DCs. Currently we have prepared only one DC in forest root domain. Should we prepare all the DCs and then start migration process or just after One DC and then should prepared remaining DCs after successfull migration?. What is the suggested way to start migration? on DC or member server?
