HI All,
I have test the Interforest migration for users and computers. Now i got few questions.
Source domain got exchange 2007 and target domain need to setup new exchange 2007 server.
My Test network i got only source and target AD servers and few Worksations. So how do i test the exchange and outlook profile migration?
when I move a user's mailbox from one server to another, how do I update their Outlook profile without going around to each and every desktop?
Can i do the Users/Computers migrate first and use the source exchange for week then move the mailboxes to new exchange server?

Hello,
ADMT cannnot do Exchange migration. I sugggest that you export it to .pst and import into the new created mailbox with Exchange powershell commandlets.
Export http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb266964(v=exchg.80).aspx
Import http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691363(v=exchg.80).aspx

Inter-forest migration requires careful planning and lab testing. For profile migration, you can perform security translation based on the tool you opt to choose.

You need to perform import/export and it can be more challenging if you are using linked mailboxes.

As you know, you can’t do mailbox migration using ADMT but you can you the cross org migration script:
http://portal.sivarajan.com/2010/06/gui-interface-for-cross-forest-mailbox.html
Outlook profile – It not part of ADMT or script. You can either usw Auto Discover option or logon script to generate an outlook profile.
