Event 10006 Source : DCOM

Hello,
I am using a proxy on another server in a web application but I get that message when I test the application:
DCOM got errror "the system cannot find the file specified", from the computer 2 when attempting to activate the server
I can make!

DCOM 10006 check also with http://www.eventid.net/display-eventid-10006-source-DCOM-eventno-272-phase-1.htm If that doesn't help please post the complete event viewer entry.
