Migration 2003 to 2008 R2 Server

Dear all,
i need help!
i have DC1 = test.com, and the company want to migrate to a new domain DC2=test.org
i wanna to migrate all the objects, schema (users. passwords,group) to the new DC2
wht is the process if someone can post for me the steps or if there's any documentation

The migration from Windows 2003 to 2008 it works with me
is't possible to Migrate from Windows 2003 to 2012 using the ADMT n my scenario of different Domain names?

As of now Winsows 2012 does not support the ADMT. ADMT highest version is 3.2 & that is suppoted by 2008 R2.
We have to wait for new version of ADMT of windows 2012.
Given some links for ADMT those will be helped you upto 2008 R2.
