DNS delegation with BIND

I am setting up a 2008 server sandbox and need some advise regarding my DNS structure.
Here is the scenario if someone could kindly advise me on how to set it up it would be greatly appreciated.
1. Primary DNS is provided by ISP GoDaddy for parent domain company.com.
2. The internal name space will be corp.company.com and will be an DNS/AD enabled Root server that will provide name resolution and DDNS for the local subnet.
Where I'm not clear is what records I need to create on both the Bind (GoDaddy) DNS server and the Windows 2008 server in order to make this work.
Thanks

Do you plan to provide name resolution of your internal addresses (*.corp.company.com) to outside world?
If not, you don't need to configure anything on your ISP DNS servers. On your Windows 2008 server you just need to set the ISP DNS server as the forwarder. Then set all your internal machine to use your Windows 2008 server as the (only) name server.
