We have few internal apps URLs created on non-iis web servers and publish via BigIP. When users accessing these particular set of URLs in any web browser they are getting "Too Many Redirect" error message. When we change users systems IP from dynamic to static these URLs started working fine.

There is something wrong with my Microsoft network (DHCP, DNS) OR with BigIP because we dont change anything on webserver apart of static IPs on users system and it start working.

    Please help me on this.

    Hi Pramod,

    Thanks for posting here.

    > they are getting "Too Many Redirect" error message

Is this a message where show in the browser or a windows error/warring  message. Do we have any event ID or description for client ? May be you can post a screen shot here for a better understanding .

Meanwhile, could you show us the topologic of this system here ?

    Thanks.

Yes, this error message comes in browser (IE & Chrome).

    Infrastructure is

Web server running with non microsoft web server sitting behind BigIP F5 application firewall. Our clients are running with Windows XP SP3 going via internet and hit F5. DNS/DHCP running with windows server 2003 SP2.

If you test it with only one IIS server, do you get the error?

And what exactly do you mean that changing the IP from dynamic to static? I assume you mean from DHCP to static, and you mean the network card configuration on a client machine? If that's the case, it may be different DNS addresses or something else.

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all of a "users" (assuming client) machine with a dynamic (assuming DHCP address) and static address that you changed it to.
