Firewall Issue

Can we add a URL name in the Firewall Setting for Windows Server 2008 R2 instead of IP address.
If yes can anybody provide me with the Procedure.

I don't think Windows Firewall provide a way to add the URL directly, Endpoints can be IP addresses only in the Firewall rule.-CrDev Blogs: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/satyem

Thanks for posting here.
Windows built-in firewall can’t restrict by URL or domain name but we may consider to deploy some sort of firewall product like TMG/IAS at edge , products that supports such restriction .
