error code -20

Wednesday, February 13, 2013 12:53 PMHi there. I've tried to print a Word doc as a pdf but get the message 'printer not activated, error code -20'. Could someone please offer any help? Many thanks, Sue

Hi, can you provide some more details on the error? Do you use printer redirection?
Check if you have latest printer driver. Can you print to the XPS Document writer printer?
Is the printer spooler crashing? (look for event ID 1000 & 1001)
