    Hi,

    when i connect to my virtual desktops over the remote gateway via rdweb. The redirection of the printer is not working.The virtual desktops and clients running windows 7 with rdp 8.

    Hi,

    Pls check to see whether the integration service has been installed on the VM.If issue still persists,pls try to install the printer drivers on the VM to see whether the local printer will be redirected.

    Hi,

    the Hyper V integration service are installed and also the drivers are installed. The only redirected printer ist the Microsoft Document Writer.

    there is a group policy that can tell the redirection to only bring the default printer, or all printers, or none at all.
