    I have my server 2008 Remote Desktop Environment up and running.  SSO is working great from the RDWeb site for Remote Apps but does not work for the Remote Desktop icon.  I am always prompted for credentials.

    Same for the Start Menu icons that are created after setting up RemoteApps and Desktops Connections in the Control Panel.  Always prompted for credentials.

    Is there a way around these two issues ?

    Hello Mailor,

     

    Based on my experience, this should be a by-design behavior that the .RDP file won’t save credential when the remote target is the remote desktop rather than RemoteApp programs. This behavior keeps even though the SSO is correctly configured.

     

    Thanks for your understanding. If I can get any update on this design, I will follow up here and let you know it.
