Unable to remote control terminal Server Session in Win2K3 x64

Getting Error 7054- System has reached its licensed logon limit Please try again later.
Have tried disabling Licensing server also tried reinstalling.

If it is not license issue and you have re-installed it, it could be the DNS. Can you check the DNS Manager for this server? or this post may help.
