In our company, has RDS 4 servers for users group (totaling approximately 40 servers), and we are seeing very frequently, almost once a week, some user complaining about accessing your profile or any application that is simply not executed correctly.
Not to cause more trouble for those users, we usually removed the user profile (system / advanced system settings / advanced / user profiles), however this has caused great concern because we do not know how far this problem can be intensified. We possess about 40 servers and 600 users. The profiles are redirected to a storage (EMC) using "Folder Redirection".
Thanks for any help!

In some cases, after you log off from the remote desktop session to Terminal Server, changes to the user profile are not saved correctly on the profile server, and the user profile is corrupted.
Please also check the Event Viewer in the RDS servers, whether any specify error log exists. If you have installed some the third party software may causes this issue, such as antivirus software or disk encryption software, it will be isolated or encrypt users’ profiles.
Also, make sure your network configuration is correct. Hope this helps.
