unable to connect via RDP app on windows 8 phone to windows 8 laptop

  Unable to RDP my windows 8 laptop from windows 8 HTC phone through RDP app...I have version  6.2..9200 of win 8 on laptop...

  I have followed proper steps to establish connect but no access. However the same setup works on windows 7 laptop.

  one thing that I notice is the limited options available when I do start>control panel>system>remote settings>remote tab 

  I only see following option

   

  Remote Assistance:

  allow remote assistance connections to this computer. which is checked.

  but the other three usually appear in windows 7 are not there under remote desktop on same tab

  missing option-->Remote desk"border:0px;font-family:'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;margin:0px;padding:0px;vertical-align:top;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;-webkit-text-size-adjust:none;color:#333333;font-size:13px;line-height:normal;">

  dont allow connections to this computer

  allow connections from computers running any version of remote desktop(less secure)

  allow connections only from computers running remote desktop with network level authentication(more secure)
