Hello,
When i type oclist.exe in my Windows 2008 SP1 core machine i get error "No Signature was present in the subject". I have verifed Event logs and dont see any errors with regards to oclist corruption. Any pointer in this regards is greatly appreciated.
I have tried few solutions below.
1. Rebooted the computer
2. checkdisk and checksum

This problem is likely due to having some corrupt/missing files or some unsigned drivers that were added. Typically when you receive the error "No Signature was present in the subject" as a result of trying to list roles or features, the system event log may contain events that indicate more information on the details tab of the event. The checksur.exe tool can be helpful in determining what packages/updates need to be re-applied to resolve the issue.

The following blog entry is also a great reference for this issue. OCList and OCSetup (Or DISM on Windows Server 2008 R2) are the equivalent functional components on Server Core installations since you don't locally have Server Manager.
Hope this helps.
