Hi kissy0815,
From the error message, it appears there is something wrong with Virtual Server 2005 Writer on the box.
In order to fix the issue, please consider uninstall and re-install the virtual Server 2005 on the problematic server to register its VSS writer.
Meanwhile, I am sorry that I have little knowledge with Symantec Backup Exec. It is recommend you contact the vendor of the third party backup software to check if there is any known issue when we use it to take backup of VHD file that resides on iSCSI storage.
Hope this issue will be resolved soon.
Best Regards,
David Shen
