Windows 2008 RD Std servers trying to browse each servers share and get account lockouts

I have two Windows 2008 R2 Std servers, I login to both servers with same local admin id and try to connect to one server via Start, Run \\server2 and I get account lockout on target server but when do same from other server it works. I have tried this with Domain account and works both ways. The servers are on same subnet with No Windows firewall running. Any help would be great

Check event viewer of target machine (server2) and search for any event ID related to account lockout? and cause of account lockout

Nothing shows up in Event viewer as to the account lockout and I have Audit setup correctly.
