    Dear Team,

    We have 2003 server in our company and the problem occuring is user does a successfull synchronization from the server but when it is disconnected from the server the user is not able to open the files made offline. Get a message access denied. We have check for all the permission on the file given to the user. They have full right given to the file.

    What is the operation system version do you put the offline file to synchronize?

     

    What is the detail error message you can see when it appears?
