    Hi,

    I have tested all the task what u are suggested. i have installed all the windows updated in that server.it is in file service.one time backup is working fine,but schedule BKB is not working.

    please suggest for this ISSUE

    Hi,

    Is there any error or warning message about schedule in Event log Would you please elaborate more in detail about the error?

    Hi,

    Would you please share the steps to create the backup schedule with us? We can try to reproduce the issue you have. If you are using batch file or command, please share the command to us.

    Meanwhile, as Scorpio said, please share any error you got for analysis.

    Here is a hotfix which could help update some files of Task Schedule. You could have a try on it:

    Hi,

    I am using normal scheduled backup . i am not use any batch file to trigger the BKB.

    server eventvwr showing
