    I am trying to free up some room on my C-drive, but every time I run the cleanmgr function, it stalls in step one and never finishes.  I saw a fix designed for Windows XP...is the solution the same for Windows 2000?

    Second, what is the issue you encounter?

     

    Finally, please tell us what is hotfix number or KB article you mention for Windows XP.
