    Does anybody know how/where I can download this Hotfix which is described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2784147?wa=wsignin1.0%2cwsignin1.0

    It appears that, you need to contact MS Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix.

    Here is an excerpt from the URL mentioned in your post.

    OK - got it now after phoning MS support. I understand that not all Hotfixes are immediately downloadable from the MS website but it's a bit strange that you can't do the usual email request for it.
