I am currently using VMware and have installed (2) Windows Servers 2008 R2. I am trying to set up
Bitlocker and need to access the bios on one of the machines. What do I hit to access the BIOS?

Hi,
Just follow the same way, how can do with physical machine?.
Reboot VM>click the VM screen>Press F2 or F10 and check for the BIOS screen.

On the VM properties, edit settings, options, boot options you can check the box for Force BIOS Setup. Open a console session from vsphere and start guest.

Accessing the BIOS when the POST screen clears too quickly.
This forum is basically used for Windows server related queries.
For VMWare queries, post in VMWare forum.
