MSMQ error

122642.P3SERVER!runp3srv.2648.2644.0: ERROR: (logmsg.c , line: 614): LIBDATAPREP_CAT:5809: ERROR: FC_fMSMQ_ReceiveMessage [TR_47] Failed to receive message from MSMQ queue, The MQReceiveMessage timeout has expired.
when i got this error at that time i am able to see the message in the record_request's Queue MEssaage....
but this message is not coming into the record_response's journal message.
Please help it is urgent
