missing msipb32.dll

I accidentally deleted the msipb32.dll file during an anti-virus installation
can someone tell me how to fix it, because I get to receive a message that it's missing every time I start my PC?

Hi,
It seems like the file might be part of a sound card driver. I would suggest that you reinstall your sound card driver and then possibly try reinstalling antivirus. This should install any missing files that might not have installed the first time with either program.

If the above method does not resolve the issue, I would suggest you to perform System Restore.
