    Hi All,

When I try to launch (from DVD as well as from virtual drive) the trial Windows web server 2008 (for x86 family), I get the following error message,

"Spwizeng.dll is not valid window image". if click ok then i get the following error message

"The file Autorun.dll could not be loaded or is corrupt"

Initially when I wrote the image file into the DVD, i got the following warning message from nero,

"the entered block size does not correspond to the image length. the block size may be wrong"

I ignored the warning and continued. But it doesn't work.

I downloaded the iso file from the following link.

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B1CB6D54-7268-4791-9C5D-CDB21516BF5A&WT.sp=_technet_,dcsjwb9vb00000c932fd0rjc7_5p3t&displaylang=en

Please help me to rectify the above error.

    thanks in advance

It looks like the version you have of Nero couldn't burn that DVD image or your media was not up to par.

The ISO should be good - I would blame Nero and investigate the session settings on the burn or perhaps look to upgrade to a new version if you have an old one.

    Luck,

    Hi Aaron Sankey,

In my case, I could not blame Nero, because I tried with "VCdControlTool" (virutual drive) and I got the same error as I got from dvd media writen using Nero.

    thanks

    Hello,

Did you get the same warning message from Nero when writing the image file into DVD with other ISO?

If yes, please reinstall Nero and have another try.

Otherwise, the ISO you are trying to burn is probably corrupt. I recommend you download the ISO file from the following link again:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B1CB6D54-7268-4791-9C5D-CDB21516BF5A&displaylang=en

If possible, please try to burn the image on other PCs and check whether this will work.

You could also try to install Windows Web Server 2008 Edition on virtual machines to verify whether the DVD image is fine.

You could download Microsoft Virtual Server 2005 R2 here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/virtualserver/downloads/default.mspx

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Neo Zhu
