As my title explains I am able to login to my Windows web server 2008 after i updated from sp1 to sp2
I have read the related topics none of which directly relates to my problem.
I have a hard time to give more information since I am 'locked out' but it seems that a reinstall is in order.
I have previously made updates and configuration changes to the system, including reboots. So I am sure that I typed the right password and not fallen for the capslock trap.
If any of you have experienced similar issues I would be happy to hear from you.
Ps. The server is not part of a AD/DC setup and local rules for passwords hence should not have been inforced

Sorry to hear that, you are having issues. I personally haven't come across such situation.
Quickest way is to reset password on the server.
