  Thanks for the reply. Sorry my question was not complete But i am looking strictly microsoft and not any third party. Does microsoft provides the driver for windows 2003 64 bit ram disk. I have it installed for windows XP but couldnt find it for windows 2003 server 64 bit.

  As far i know only third party Ramdisk tools for 2003 64 bit only available. Microsoft 64 bit Ramdisk is not available
