Hello Rajesh,
It is a good idea to configure multiple NTP servers.
But important thing to note that W32Time will only actively synchronize with one time source at a time, even though if you have more than one time source. If one time source goes down, other one serve you as a backup time source.
I recommend you read Ryan's Blog for better understanding.

yes you are right but what i have to make changes in registry to configure PDC with tow NTP time server.

Also refer MS article to configure the Windows Time service to use an external time source.
