    Hello all,

    I have a web server - windows server 2003.

    I have a local user (AnonWeb) created on the server. I have used the AnonWeb as Anonymous login on the web page (Directory Security).

    I want to change the password of AnonWeb. I have changed it (local users and groups), then have re-entered the new password on the web site's Directory security (anonymous login etcss). Then have run IISRESET on the server, then test the web page.

    But web page is not opening. How to change the password of the local user 'AnonWeb' where same is being used as anonymous login.??

    urgent help will be appreciated.

    IIS has a dedicated forum; you might want to post this question in IIS forum for definitive answers.
