    I dont know what to do...there is no programs in All programs installed in this server is GOne Transparent..if i click on it says it might hav removed....if i try to install the programs,programs not getting installed...if i right click on computer & click on manage  the Error message says: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."

    Please help me out.

    Virus/Malware in the server ? Too much corruption IMO.

    Try a scan and let us know, maybe do a scandisk/sfc /scannow too.

    The work around would be installing the RSAT tools on the client operating system and try accessing the server.

    Mean While if you want to resolve the issue directly on the server you can try a clean boot and also install the RSAT tool directly on the server.

    well, this is strange... As you mentioned that you are not able to install any application in this server and also OS is not having any AV client installed in it, then please disconnect the HDD from this client computer and connect it to other computer which have latest updated AV and malware software.. from other computer you can scan this HDD connected in Slave mode... Once the HDD is free of any suspects, you can connect it back to old computer for further action.... HTH...
