Currently we have the File Screen Audit in the File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) configured to generate a report, which gets emailed to our Administrators.  The report grows every day, showing all events that have ever happened plus the new ones since the last report.

    Questions:

    1. Can it be set to have the email only include the new occurrences?  If so, where do you do that?

    2. Does the database where this data is stored need to have some self-pruning settings set, or will it self-prune by default?

    3. Related to 2, the reports that are generated are stored in the C:\StorageReports\Incident directory.  Will the system self-prune these files also, or do I need to set something up to keep them under control?

    Thanks,

I don't think the content of the report can be changed. If you can set the minimum days to 1. Then the report will be shorter.
