   2000 is long gone at this point, you will be unable to download a

  trial version of even 2003. You will likely need to download a trial of

  2008 or 2008 R2:

  Where can I download Windows 2000 Server ISO?

  
  Microsoft Ended all forms of support for Server 2000 in June 13th this year.

  However, it does make me wonder why 3.11 is available.
