Hello,
We have a Win2008 Srv R2 64Bits Enterprise SP1, and last week the server start
to not sycronize time/date with the internet time.
In the "Ajust date/Time" Options, and "Internet Time" we did "sycronize with an Internet time Server", after two days
the date/time became wrong again.
It's a bug ?
What can we do ?

Is this a domain-joined computer? If yes then it is recommended to use the domain topology for time synchronization and configure the root PDC Emulator of the AD forest to synchronize its time with a reliable external NTP server. More details in Meinolf Blog: http://msmvps.com/blogs/mweber/archive/2010/06/27/time-configuration-in-a-windows-domain.aspx
If this is a VM then you will need to stop the time synchronization with the Hypervisor.
If it is not domain-joined then you can configure it as an NTP client to synchronize its time with an internal NTP server or a reliable external one.
Of course, traffic on port 123 should not be blocked or filtered. PortQryUI should be helpful for troubleshooting.

Is it a physical or virtual server? And if virtual, what hypervisor does it run on?
I am asking because both VMWare tools and Hyper-V agents by default will sync the time with the host's clock which is not necessarily correct.

You configure it as an NTP client: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773263(v=ws.10).aspx
List of public NTP servers that can be used: http://www.pool.ntp.org/en/
