Hello,
I've been having an issue with remote controlling a user session with tsadmin in Windows Server 2008 R2 and where the user have multiple screens I get a access denied.
I did read a lot about it but didn't find a answer.
With 1 screen there is no problem.
Thanks for your time.

This seems to be a known issue. Have you checked this thread and applied the hotfix kb2523307?
Access Denied when you try to Remote Control User Session from Terminal Server Manager

Thanks for your help.
I checked many toppics also this one and I have a other version of Windows, the fix is for Vista and Windows 2008 not for W2K8R2 and I'm only get this access denied error when the user I want to remote controle has two screens.
