Domain Time Sync

I have changed time in windows 2008 server ( PDC ). it's working fine . let me know i want to sync around 800PC's at the same time . how can i do it ?
Another one question :- last 3 Months back i had changed time . last month 3 mint's slow from NST time ? now 8 mint's why it can be change slow by slow ? please can you provide good steps .
