    Dear Santosh

    thanks for your reply.

Regarding the problem with system dump error, we have already launch the complain to citrix Support, and citrix engineer has identified that there is problem with Operating system and terminal services.

as per my observation the dump error occured when multiple users log out from server.

Kindly help me to resolve the case...

    Thanks

Start with updating the OS patches, make sure OS has latest service pack available and well as citrix drivers. Observe it for couple days to see if issue occurs again.

You have re-installed the Operating System and still this issue occurs; it clearly indicates that, underlying hyper-visor (Citrix in your case) has some issues. Again, I would suggest you to check with Citrix support for any known issues or fixes.

    Thanks

"Regarding the problem with system dump error, we have already launch the complain to citrix Support, and citrix engineer has identified that there is problem with Operating system and terminal services." --- Could you provide some insights what analysis they have done pointing this to a OS issue rather than being a citrix issue?

Also if you have a latest minidump available please upload it on skydrive ( though it may not provide full information) and post the link back.
