I am administrator for the Windows Server 2008 R2 system that I can no longer access remotely.
I used "technet microsoft com" library, cc770821.aspx method to setup Quickbooks to open on login.
Once completed, I get the following error when I try to log on as the administrator and then am immediately logged off:
"The directory name is invalid: C;\Program Files (X86)\Inuit\Quickbooks 2012\QBW32PremierAccountant.exe Please consult help for more information"
Is there a way to resolve this remotely or I do I need to go to our Server location and log on there to solve this issue?

Hi,
You may encounter errors if youf firewall blocks Internet access needed for specific QuickBooks programs or files.
Update your firewall to the latest release may resolve the issue or you may need to manually configure your firewall software.
please refet to:http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/articles/SLN41458
Please try to fix it.
If the issue is not resolved, please get more help from QuickBook Forums:
