Hi,
OS: WIndows 2003 ENT
I have a Windows partition that is no longer recognized as active in the system.
Data is still on, but I can not access ...
I wonder if creating a new partition WITHOUT FORMAT THE DISK, I recovered my data?
Thank you.

Hello Yoann51.
How is the LUN being presented to the server? If is iSCI or Fibre is it showing as online / healthy and connected via the management tools you use for managing either the iSCSI or Fibre connections?
If so can you use DISKPart to take the disk offline and bring it back online again?

You can create a new partition after the existing partition (if you have disk space available) and that won't affect your existing partition with the data on it but if you delete the existing partition and recreate it then yes you would loose your data!! (check you have a good full backup!)
