Invalid access to memory location

I have a 2003 SBS server that I sundenly started to get invalid access to memory location when I try and execute anything from the command prompt. For example taskkill, also when I go to look at depend dependencies of a service I will get the same error. I thought it might be a problem with WMI so I ran a WMIDIAG tool from Microsoft on it and I see a lot of invalid access to memory errors in the log for it (see below). Any one have a idea of what might be wrong?
Thanks in advance for your help

Start with a memtest product, and let us know if it find any error.(like memtest86+, etc..)

Hello,
I would agree with Yagmoth555 about the use of memtest86+ to check the memory. Here is from where you can download it: http://www.memtest.org/
If you have multiple RAM cards, I would recommend analyzing them one by one. You have to plan few hours of downtime as analyzing them may take time.
If you determine the faulty one, contact your manufacturer Technical Support for assistance.
