I have a task to integrate 2 differentnt domains to signle domain..( domain "a", Domain" b" to domain "New")
Company "A" is moving to new location and down sizing user to min( Domain "A").
Company "B" is moving to new loaction and keeping the same user count ( Domain "B")
Both groups under the same owner ship.
Both have now DC, Citrix, Exchnage Servers ( Win 2008 based)
They prefer to keep new domain under one comapny and integrate all services( Citrix, Email, Antivirus) and access to this services via Internet.
Any ideas?
Thnaks in advance

Hello,
You can create a new domain and migrate all AD objects to keep from domain A and B to it. For AD migration, it can be done using ADMT: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19188
I already did a migration of 4 domains (Approximately 60000+ objects) to a new one and I was able to use this Microsoft utility with no difficulties. So, I would recommend its use!
For Exchange migration, refer to that:

you will have to use the Active Directory Migration Tool for migrating users from one domain to another
Here is the link to guide
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19188
here is a good step by step documentation

As you have posted above that you have exchange server as well so I advice you to post in the exchange related forum to get more help as the forum is usually occupied by the exchange server professional who can guide you on a right path.
